Welcome to Perivale Farm family holiday house accommodation located within a private, rural farm setting only minutes from Franz Josef township, glacier and Westland National Park in the South Island of New Zealand.

Tastefully refurbished, the fully self-contained 1 bedroom cottage is nestled within a working farm environment and is designed for clean, modern and fun family-friendly holiday accommodation at affordable rates.  Completely self-catering, the cosy cottage is fully fenced and can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. A baby cot is also available. The cottage is also an ideal place to base yourself for your Wild West Coast holiday!

Offering great views of the rural countryside and mountains, including the Southern Alps, the well appointed holiday home enjoys a relaxing ambience and is located only 5 minutes from Franz Josef village shops, restaurants, cafes, visitor centre and more, while Franz Josef Glacier is only 10 minutes away!

Curl up near the log fire during winter, choose a DVD or Video from the in-house selection, listen to a CD or enjoy one of the many Sky (Cable) channels on the TV. During summer relax outside in the private, fully fenced yard with a cold drink and a good book while enjoying the serenade of local native birdlife. Whatever the temperature outside, you will be warm in the winter and cool in the summer thanks to the Heatpump (air conditioning)!

The living area has 2 sofas that turn into double pull out sofa beds that can sleep up to 4 guests and include quality bed linens.

Queen size bed with quality bed linens, alarm clock radio, wardrobe and electric heating.

bathroom facilities
Bathroom with shower over bath, vanity, quality towels, complimentary toiletries, fan heater and seperate toilet.

laundry
The laundry is designed for family life and has a washing machine, complimentary washing powder and ironing facilities. There is also a foldaway clothes airer.

Designed as your relaxing holiday "home away from home", Perivale Farm guests can also enjoy off-street car parking, free local telephone calling, boat parking and the chance to visit with some of our friendly farm pets, including goats, sheep, rabbits, chooks, sheep, dogs, cat and cows!

• - extra person(s) is $10 per night
